深部大倾角沿空掘巷窄煤柱合理尺寸的研究及应用

摘要: 针对色连矿6111大倾角沿空掘巷窄煤柱合理尺寸难以确定的问题,基于弹塑性极限平衡理论计算了煤柱宽度,运用FLAC3D数值模拟了不同煤柱宽度时巷道围岩应力分布规律和变形特征,确定了窄煤柱合理宽度并成功应用于工程实践。研究结果表明:随着煤柱宽度的增加,窄煤柱侧应力集中从无到有,实煤体侧应力变化较小,巷道围岩顶底板及两帮变形呈不同增幅的变化。工程实践表明,沿采空区边缘留设5m窄煤柱的宽度科学、可靠,能够满足现场需要。

Abstract: Aiming at the problem of reasonable narrow coal pillar size of driving roadway along goaf of 6111 deep steep fully-mechanized working face. Based on the limit equilibrium theory solved the coal pillar width and analyzed the stress distribution and deformation characteristics of the roadway surrounding rock by using numerical simulation of FLAC3D, the reasonable narrow coal pillar width was determined and successfully applied to engineering practice.Some conclusions can be drawn as follows:? With the increase of coal pillar width, side of narrow coal pillar appeared the phenomenon of stress concentration and the coal body side stress changes little, vertical and horizontal displacement of roadway changes with different growth;?The engineering practice showed that selected coal pillar in 5m width scientific and reliable which can meet the needs of engineering.
